Sinead Taylor was named as the 2024 winner of the Keith Martin Club Person of the Year Award at Saturday Night's Annual Dinner and Dance.  Sinead took over the position of Club Secretary for 2024 and has put a huge amount of time and energy into the role.  As well as completing the regular tasks the job entails with efficiency and enthusiasm, Sinead has also taken on numerous other tasks in the background which often go unseen but which are crucial to the smooth running of the club.  Congratulations to Sinead on her thoroughly deserved recognition.  

The Gwynne Mack Spirit of Cricket Award was won by Patrick Gulvin.  This unique award recognises a young player at the club who has demonstrated the Spirit of Cricket on or off the pitch over the past year.  For a number of seasons Patrick has been a huge help around the club.  Helping with junior training sessions, assisting at the Benefit Match and always being on hand to help out with anything when needed, Patrick also plays the game the right way and always does so with a smile on his face.  

Huge thanks are due to Karen Burley and her team for organising such a wonderful evening at the Stifford Hall Hotel.
