Everyone at UCC grateful for support of local solicitors

Upminster Cricket Club is pleased to announce that award winning local solicitors Mullis & Peake have agreed to become the club’s newest Platinum sponsors.

Mullis & Peake LLP Solicitors is a leading law firm with a team of specialists providing legal advice to businesses and individuals. Established for over a century in the East London and Essex area, they are committed to providing trustworthy, expert advice, developed through personal contact, tailored to meet each client’s individual needs.

As part of this new partnership, Mullis & Peake will become sponsors of one of the teams in each of the Windmill Whack and the Windmill Whack Women’s Edition. The men’s event will see the Mullis & Peake Monarchs line up for the first time this season, while in the women’s event we will see the Mullis & Peake Magic in action this summer.

Holly Minney, Member and Solicitor at Mullis & Peake, said: “We are really pleased to be sponsoring Upminster CC, we have seen the work they have done and continue to do within the community to grow the club and ensure that cricket is available for everyone. It’s a pleasure that our sponsorship can assist the club to continue to be an integral part of the community as they already are. We wish all the teams good luck for the season ahead, especially our two Mullis & Peake teams.”

Club Chairman, Oliver Peck commented “We are delighted to start a new partnership with Mullis & Peake for the 2023 season. As a community based club providing cricket to over 500 local playing members across our mens, ladies, and junior sections we constantly need to fundraise to help maintain and improve our facilities. We are very grateful to everyone at Mullis & Peake for their fantastic support”.

Everyone at Upminster Cricket Club would like to thank Mullis & Peake for their generosity, and we look forward to working together over the coming months and years.
