Former Upminster youngster Beth Langston has made her England ODI Debut in the last week. Langston returned impressive figures of 1-23 from 10 overs as England beat Sri Lanka and she opened the bowling again a few days later as England went two nil up in the series.

Beth started her career at Upminster playing alongside her three brothers Tom, Sam and Ben, and her parents are both Vice Presidents of the Club. She left Upminster to join Loughton's powerful ladies cricket set up, before moving on to the England set up at the Loughborough Academy.
