In a repeat of the 2024 season, Upminsterās 1st XI will begin their competitive campaign for 2025 with a League Cup contest against Old Southendians. Last season it was the Old Boys who came out on top, on a cold afternoon at Garon Park, so Upminster will be looking for revenge to start the 2025 season. The game will take place at Upminster Park on Saturday 26th April. The winners of the first-round tie will face Brentwood or Woodford Green (away from home) on the following Saturday.
Dukes Essex T20 action will come to Upminster Park on Bank Holiday Monday (26th May). The club have been drawn to host one section of the competition, with the winners from that day progressing to Finals Day later in the season. Upminster will face Orsett and Thurrock in the early game before Epping and Chelmsford go head to head after lunch. The winners of the two ties will then play in the late afternoon final. Ties of interest in the other sections of the draw include Hornchurch facing Wanstead and Snaresbrook and Hutton taking on Brentwood.
